Santa Clarita, CA – California Correctional Peace Officers Association (CCPOA) has just endorsed Suzette Martinez Valladares for Assembly District 38.

CCPOA represents all state correctional peace officers working inside California’s prisons and youth facilities, and the state’s parole agents who assist and supervise inmates and wards after their release.

As California residents, taxpayers, and staff who serve on the front lines of the state’s correctional system, the members of CCPOA have a direct and vested interest in the future of corrections and public safety.

In earning this endorsement, Suzette Martinez Valladares has demonstrated to CCPOA an interest in developing meaningful reforms that will improve the correctional system and make all Californians safer.

This endorsement by CCPOA joins the endorsements that Suzette has garnered from ALADS, the HJTA-PAC, the California Republican Party and the LA and Ventura County Republican Central Committees, along with such notable leaders as Senate Republican Leader Shannon Grove, State Senator Scott Wilk, Assembly Republican Leader Marie Waldron, former LA County Supervisor Mike Antonovich, and a host of other elected officials.
