Santa Clarita, CA – The California Coalition of Law Enforcement Associations (CCLEA) joined with prominent Republican leaders today in support of Suzette Martinez Valladares and her run for Assembly in District 38.

“As the largest law enforcement organization in California, it is critical the California Coalition of Law Enforcement Associations have a representative in the State Capitol that defends justice and the values of law enforcement,” CCLEA President Craig Lally said. “The CCLEA wholeheartedly endorses Suzette Valladares for State Assembly.”

The CCLEA represents over 40 police associations and 150,000 peace officers and includes organizations such as the Los Angeles Police Protective League, the Association of Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs, and many more.

“I am honored and humbled to have received the endorsement from the men and women in law enforcement who put their lives on the line every day in order to protect and serve our communities,” Valladares said. “I am proud to stand with them.”

With their endorsement, the CCLEA joins the California Republican Party, Los Angeles County Republican Party, Ventura County Republican Party, House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy, Santa Clarita Mayor Cameron Smyth, Simi Valley Mayor Keith Mashburn, and many more local and community leaders in support of Valladares’ run for Assembly.
