California Medical Association Endorses Suzette Valladares for State Senate

Acton, CA –The California Medical Association has officially endorsed former Assemblywoman Suzette Valladares in her run for State Senate in the 23rd district.

“Suzette Valladares has worked tirelessly to improve timely access to health care. She has consistently voted to ensure that Californians can keep the doctors and medical specialists of their choice. On behalf of the 50,000 doctors we represent, we are pleased to endorse Suzette Valladares for State Senate,” said Dr. Tanya Spirtos, President of the California Medical Association.

The California Medical Association is the latest endorsement added to an overwhelming list of local leaders and organizations supporting Suzette Valladares’ campaign for State Senate, including Congressman Jay Obernolte, State Senator Scott Wilk, Assemblyman Tom Lackey, San Bernardino County Supervisor Paul Cook, Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger, Victorville Mayor Debra Jones, Hesperia City Council Member Allison Lee, the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, the Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs, the California Correctional Peace Officers Association, the California Association of Highway Patrolmen, Peace Officers Research Association of California, and the Los Angeles Police Protective League.
