| SANTA CLARITA – The Los Angeles Police Protective League (LAPPL) has endorsed Suzette Valladares for Assembly in District 38. The LAPPL, founded almost 100 years ago, currently and proudly represents over 9,900 dedicated and professional sworn members of the Los Angeles Police Department. “Words cannot express how proud I am to have the support and the honor of an endorsement from the men and women who put their lives on the line to keep our communities and families safe,\” Valladares said. Valladares recently took part in a Santa Clarity Valley \”We Back the Badge\” parade. She also made strong public statements regarding the shooting of the two Los Angeles County Sheriff\’s Deputies last week. \”The political toxicity and cowardice has to end,\” Valladares said. \”It’s time that every leader, every person with a voice, speak up against the anti-police movement.
