(Acton, CA) – California State Senator Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh, who represents a large portion of San Bernardino County, as well as Riverside County, in the current 23rd State Senate District, endorses Suzette Valladares for State Senate for the new 23rd State Senate District. Ochoa Bogh was elected in 2020, and is the first elected Latina Republican State Senator in California history.
“Suzette Valladares is a needed voice in the California State Senate, and I proudly endorse her for the new 23rd Senate District. Suzette will be a vocal and strong representative for the people of San Bernardino County, and our mountain and High Desert communities,” said Senator Ochoa Bogh.
Valladares and Ochoa Bogh served together in the California State Legislature between 2000 and 2022.
The new 23rd State Senate District includes the Santa Clarita Valley, Antelope Valley, High Desert, including Hesperia and portions of Victorville, and mountain communities.
