Suzette Valladares launches Operation Childcare: An effort collecting donations for local Early Childhood Education facilities serving frontline working parents

Santa Clarita, CA – Responding to a need by local childhood education centers, Republican candidate for State Assembly Suzette Valladares is launching Operation Childcare—an effort to collect needed supplies and provide them to these local centers serving the children of healthcare professionals, law enforcement officers, and other frontline workers.

Needed donations include hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, disinfectant spray, disposable gloves, and masks. These items can be dropped off at KHTS Radio located at 24320 Main St. in Newhall Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 4 PM. All individuals making a donation drop must be wearing a face mask.

\”Our healthcare professionals are fighting to save lives, first responders and law enforcement are bravely serving our community, and our grocery store clerks are keeping our local markets stocked. This is our chance to help them,\” noted Suzette Valladares.

\”We sometimes forget that our essential workforce has children that need to be cared for while they are at work.\”

Suzette Valladares was the top vote-recipient in the March 2020 Primary Election. She is also a longtime advocate for early childhood education and is CEO of Little Steps of Faith Preschool.
