Valladares for Assembly Announces Endorsement from California Coalition of Law Enforcement Associations

(Los Angeles) – The Valladares for Assembly campaign today announced a key endorsement from the California Coalition of Law Enforcement Associations (CCLEA), the state’s largest law enforcement organization representing more than 40 police associations and 150,000 peace officers.

“Assemblywoman Suzette Martinez Valladares has always been a great partner to law enforcement. She is the person we need to continue to fight for enhanced public safety and to stop the pro-criminal policies that are hurting our communities and neighborhoods,” said CCLEA President Craig Lally. “We strongly endorse Assemblywoman Valladares for re-election.”

Assemblywoman Valladares’ record in making public safety a top priority has also earned her the endorsements from the California Correctional Peace Officers Association (CCPOA) and the Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs (ALADS).

“I believe the first priority of all government leaders must be to public safety. I proudly stand with law enforcement and will continue to fight against policies that have negatively impacted public safety, including early release, no cash bail and watered down sentences,” said Assemblywoman Suzette Martinez Valladares. “I am honored to accept the endorsement from CCLEA, the state’s largest law enforcement organization.”
